Our client, a next-gen global media and technology leader, required a remote monitoring solution for their broadcast and streaming services. Our goal was to deliver an entirely cloud-based, secure solution to monitor a critical network of 300-500 devices in over 30 countries worldwide amid the pandemic.

As a rapidly evolving business, the client required a scalable monitoring system that was safe, reliable, and efficient. Their primary concern was a lack of robust monitoring facilities for their payload infrastructure and network devices. They were still using disparate, disconnected, manual methods for monitoring.
Subsequently, the client could not analyse the health of their frameworks, predict potential risks and gaps, and optimize issue resolution.
