    Our NOC handles many functions such as incident resolution, software installations, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery. For each, we employ robust, time-tested practices from the ITIL service operations framework.

    • Monitor: Our teams watch for incident notifications, reported either manually or by a system.
    • Prioritize: Once an incident is detected, we create a ticket and assign a priority to it based on alert type and severity.
    • Resolve: Our NOC engineer troubleshoots and resolves the issue. We ensure that we identify the root and take measures to prevent a recurrence.
    • Escalate: We take a hierarchical approach to incident management. If issues are not resolved quickly, we escalate them from L1 to the higher-expertise L2 and L3 teams. And until the issue is resolved, we follow up continuously.
    • Communicate: We inform relevant stakeholders about issues and expected resolution timelines. As troubleshooting progresses, we share timely updates.
