Zabbix Implementation for a leading global Telecom Analytics provider

Our client is a leading provider of Telecom analytics solutions across the globe for roaming, core network, security, risk management, end-to-end domestic and international connectivity testing, and customer intelligence.

To monitor their infrastructure, our client used multiple tools with different dashboards and parameters. As the monitoring tools ran in silos, it was a challenge to identify the root cause of issues. Efficient reporting was also complex as the parent and dependent components lacked tagging.

Our client needed a holistic monitoring system that gave them a single-pane view of their IT entire infrastructure and enabled them to forewarn before issues occurred. That meant minimizing the downtime impact. Add to that our client’s need to perform bot, custom application, and monitor a range of data center components such as Network, Security, and Access Control. Upon a complete analysis of our client’s infrastructure, we provided our client with Zabbix as an Enterprise-Grade Monitoring solution to monitor their entire IT landscape. Zabbix provided a single Dashboard for the group IT infrastructure and remote location IT infrastructure monitoring with real-time alerts and reports for the IT team to bridge the need gaps. We replaced three well know ITOM solutions being PRTG, Manage Engine, and Splunk.
