Our client is the world’s fourth-largest airline and the largest government-owned airline and flag carrier in the Middle East. Considering their business and clientele scale, our client hopes to achieve complete visibility into the complex on-premise and cloud environments across their global operations, including integrations with SIEM for seamless management.

BUSINESS ISSUE

Our client’s primary problem was a lack of visibility into their complex hybrid infrastructure environment that could effectively enable accessing insights. The client’s enterprise monitoring and logging team operate in a time-sensitive data-rich environment to perform ticket searches, travel bookings, check-ins, flight notifications, and so on.
